This involved leading storyboard sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs), managing the bid response process, facilitating reviews, quality control across the bid and writing technical questions, incorporating client win themes and overall client drivers, to create a concise and compelling response.

Outcome

  • We produced high-quality bid responses that the client was extremely happy with, which enabled them to submit the bid in advance of the bid deadline and ultimately led to the client winning the contract.
