Tom Hudson is the Managing Director of Market Infra, with extensive experience of business development within the infrastructure sector. He has built a reputation for driving strategic growth and leading nationally significant projects, making him a key leader in his industry. Tom’s expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping Market Infra’s success and long-term vision. Outside of his professional life, Tom is passionate about football and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three young boys.

Rob Tunley

Rob Tunley is an Associate Director at Market Infra, specialiszing in multi-disciplinary, major  projects and commercial negotiations. With extensive experience in managing complex initiatives, Rob plays a vital role in driving project success and fostering strong client relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys socialising and taking long walks with his dog. Rob is married and father of two sons.

Gerallt Williams

Market Infra’s experienced Operations Director, Gerallt has over 29 years of project delivery experience with Infrastructure Consultancy and Tier 1 construction environments . He is experienced in delivering high level, compliant and successful projects in multiple sectors​. He is expertly skilled in Internal & External Communications, Stakeholder identification and management, Producing and managing the construction phase plans, Identify and implement change control and Conflict management​. Gerallt is the Market Infra gearhead, enjoying cars and tinkering in his garage.

Graham Povey

Graham Povey is a Bid Director with many years’ experience in the Utilities sector. He has successfully led the bid management and operational delivery of complex projects and frameworks within the power, water and gas sectors. His key strengths are in leading diverse, multi-functional teams to produce compelling, well-structured solutions and proposals.

Jess Avery

Jess Avery is a Bid Director with significant experience in rail, highways, construction, infrastructure, design, health, utilities and professional services bidding. Her work winning experience and skills span strategic bid direction, proposal management, coordination and writing. Jess is particularly skilled in frameworks and collaborative bidding including alliance and joint ventures bids. Jess is a strong developer and facilitator of bid workshops including solutioning and strategy and has led work winning organisational development through organisational structure, training and recruitment.

Donna Muir

Donna is a skilled and experienced bid specialist and proposal writer. Equally adept at managing bids and crafting proposals, she seamlessly switches between both activities with flair. With her excellent project management and communication skills, she leads bids and projects of all sizes, builds rapport with client teams, and keeps everything on track. Donna has worked across a range of sectors including telecommunications, power, water, infrastructure, and professional services.

Claire Cawte

Claire Cawte is a Senior Bid Writer whose experience lies in bid and proposals management across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Claire provides high-scoring, high-quality written submissions on behalf of clients.

George Beard

George Beard fulfils a dual role at Market Infra, supporting Tom Hudson with Business Development and supporting our clients as a Senior Bid Writer and Market Analysis Lead. With a talent for nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, crafting compelling bids, and producing valuable market research, George plays a key role in driving the company’s success. In his free time, he enjoys football, skiing, and gaming.

Hellen Candeland

Hellen is our Principal Consultant – Work Winning at Market Infra. Hellen has over 12 years’ experience in construction and infrastructure bidding, delivering high-quality bids across the UK’s transport, energy and defence sectors. She has successfully led strategic, complex consortium bid teams, navigating stakeholder expectations and aligning contributions to produce unified, high-impact submissions. Hellen is an avid chef and enjoys sewing in her down time.

Justin Thomas

Justin Thomas is a Senior Bid Writer who has significant experience in technical writing and supporting bids across multiple sectors, which include the infrastructure, NHS, Government and rail sector.  Justin’s knowledge includes bid strategy development, leading storyboard sessions and SME engagement.

Carys Downes

Carys Downes is an experienced Bid Manager, Writer and Consultant, with a strong background in preparing tender submissions for both public and private sector contracts. Carys specialises in construction and environmental bids, having delivered many successful submissions for national frameworks and large-scale projects within these sectors.

Olwyn Joyce

Olwyn Joyce is a Bid Writer who is experienced in both Proposal Management and Writing. She has extensive experience of preparing bid response proposals on behalf of muti-disciplinary clients, spanning rail, water and net zero sectors.

Dawood Ghani

Dawood Ghani is an experienced Senior Design and Estimating engineer with strong experience of work in the utilities industry with particular expertise in producing detailed engineering design solutions for tender and construction.

Alan Makin

Alan Makin is Senior Estimating Manager and commercial professional with experience in the Civils and Infrastructure industry. He has worked for a multitude of clients in a wide variety of projects producing complex costing and forecasting information.

Nisha Ali

Nisha Ali is a Senior Estimator and Commercial Consultant who is experienced in estimating, project controls and commercial management in the UK, Europe and Middle East with major infrastructure projects in Power Transmission & Distribution, Rail, HS2, Oil and Gas, and Data Centres.

Lawrence Ashworth

Lawrence Ashworth is a Senior Estimator and Project Manager with extensive experience in multi-utility, civils and renewable energy industries. He has worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand undertaking a variety of roles in multi-utility sector with a particularly focus on civils and power transmission for National Grid.

Ross Cooke

Our Senior Bid Writer, with over 15 years of bidding experience, working in Tier 1 construction environments​. He is experienced in delivering high level, compliant and successful bids in multiple sectors​. He is also an experienced Graphic Designer, with expert knowledge of publishing software and industry style trends​. In his spare time Ross enjoys writing and drawing his own comics and hosting board game nights with friends and family.

James Sanderson

James is our Project Consultant at Market Infra, with a solid background in data analysis, forecasting and project management​. He expertly helps our clients in setting up Programme Management Office (PMO), developing project processes and governance frameworks, and supports them through tailored solutions that enhance operational delivery. Outside of work, James is a massive football fan, especially if it’s in the pub after a long walk in the fresh air.

Steven Boyle

Steven Boyle is a Senior Estimating Manager and Cost Consultant with experience in a wide range of civil and mechanical engineering with projects, covering infrastructure, aviation, rail (light and heavy), nuclear, oil and gas, water, highways, power, structures and marine. He has worked in construction and site management, followed by several years as an estimator, commercial / cost manager and cost consultant for contractors and consultancies on UK and major international projects.

Bob Ford

Bob Ford is an Engineer, Designer and Director with extensive experience in the Distribution and Transmission Electricity Supply Industry both in the UK and Internationally. He has in depth knowledge of HV projects in both Transmission and Substations and also managed several large infrastructure projects on behalf of National Grid, SSE, UKPN, NPG, SP and NGED.

Craig Leech

Craig Leech is an experienced Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyor, with knowledge of the nuclear, utilities, rail and infrastructure sectors. He excels in compiling and delivering complex project information on time and in accordance with client requirements/guidelines.

Harriet Newman

Harriet Newman is the Executive Assistant at Market Infra, with a background in banking and professional services. Efficient and highly organised, Harriet is a key member of the team, keeping daily operations on track and running smoothly. She’s known for her adaptability and proactive approach, whether she’s coordinating busy executive schedules or juggling multiple tasks behind the scenes. Outside of work, Harriet enjoys diving into a great book or unwinding with a film. She’s married and the proud mum of an adult son.

Lisa Baker

Our Group Financial Controller, Lisa has a solid background in the finance industry. Her strong analytical skills,  and financial expertise plays a key role in managing Market Infra’s financial operations, whilst also providing these services to our clients. She works closely with the senior leadership team, regularly presenting financial information and improvements to them. She enjoys project work, always looking for ways of improving processes and systems and supporting changes to the structure of the business.
