Client Requirements
- Market Infra completed a Due Diligence and Commercial Analysis exercise alongside the development of an IM Pack to support the future business planning and sale process activities of Advantage NRG.
Market Infra Scope
- Conduct business valuation through due diligence.
- Market Analysis – research focus on UK TNO market, market sizing over the next 10 years, pipeline list of key opportunities, adjacent markets overview.
- Potential buyer engagement/sale phase. Creation of a list of up to 10 prospective bidders to approach and short list to a max of 5 prospective buyers. Then we acted as the engagement agent on behalf of Advantage NRG.
Outcome
- Due Diligence report and Sales Strategy.
- IM Pack Development – collation of all findings for prospective buyers to gauge interest plus the research basis documentation
